Oh Christmas tree

Hailey was my first child to be born in the month of December. So I made it a point to NEVER, EVER, EVER put my tree up until AFTER her birthday. This tradition carried on when Ducati was born. So for almost 7 years I have never had a tree up longer than 9 days! 

This year it was unanimous vote between our children. They wanted the tree up on the 1st of December.  
After going through the Christmas box, finding the ornaments, and helping Lily and Cati decorate the tree I stood back and took a look at my girls. I haven't seen these types of faces in years. Full of happiness, wonder and holiday magic. So to be out voted by my 4 kids was a wonderful experience.
