Vow of Silence

Sunday at 7pm Mike start his fast. He's committing to a vow of silence for 7 days. No talking within our family for those days. At first it sounded unrealistic. But now Mike being on his 3rd day- we as a family have moved pass the frustration onto support and acceptance. So I guess next Sunday he'll write the post to explain what he learned during this experience.
